Q: Why the ComproDTV can't run?

ComproDTV needs to use components of Ulead PhotoExplore 8.0 SE. If your computer doesn't have PhotoExplore, ComproPVR will fail to record. Please reinstall Ulead PhotoExplore 8.0 SE from installation CD.

Digital TV broadcast is different then normal analog TV. You will see no picture instead of noisy or blurred picture when the signal is too weak. Make sure you have a good antenna and strong digital TV signal in your location. Or you will have no TV picture at all.

A: Some Internet applications can interfere with ComproPVR sound. Please try shutting down Internet applications like MSN Messenger, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger, and Norton LiveUpdate.

VideoMate DVB-T300 can receive both digital TV broadcast and analog TV signals. However, VideoMate DVB-T300 can't connect both simultaneously.

You can buy a cable switch in order to change digital TV broadcast and analog TV signals more easily.
