Q: Why the ComproDTV can't run?

Please verify the DVB-U2000's driver is properly installed. Please refer the Startup guide for more information.

Q: Why can't I record digital broadcasting?

ComproDTV needs to use components of Ulead PhotoExplore 8.0 SE. If your computer doesn't have PhotoExplore, ComproPVR will fail to record. Please reinstall Ulead PhotoExplore 8.0 SE from installation CD.

Digital TV broadcast is different then normal analog TV. You will see no picture instead of noisy or blurred picture when the signal is too weak. Make sure you have a good antenna and strong digital TV signal in your location. Or you will have no TV picture at all.
