Q: Why the sound stops after few minutes?

If you have Norton AntiVirus running,
please uncheck the Instant Messenger protection in the Internet in options.

If above doesn't help, please update product sofware and your sound card driver. Sometimes it may be the cause of IRQ conflict .

Usually the FM reception no good is the interference or the signal there is too weak. Have you tried use the FM radio there to test if the reception OK?

Make sure that you connect the FM antenna to the right position.

We also have report that unplugged 2.4ghz cordless phone and it works.

A: We do have a beta version for your need.

However, this version haven't been tested completely.
It's just for your test purpose. When you install this version, ComproPVR have to be start once again.
Then reboot computer in order to use remote for starting ComproPVR.

A: ComproFM doesn't provide MP3 encoder. Therefore, you have to install the Microsoft Media Encoder 9 in the installation CD in order to record MP3 format.

Unfortunately, Microsoft only support 56Kbits for MP3 format.

Try to record as WAV and convert it into MP3 by 3-party software.
