Q: How many channels can the AV/Tuner Box receive?

A: The AV/Tuner Box provide maximum of 125 TV channels.

Q: I am getting bad TV-OUT video quality with the AV/Tuner Box. How can I improve it?

A: Please check your AV/Tuner box. Do not connect to the "COMP OUT" and "SVID OUT" outputs simultaneously. Verify that you are using only one of these outputs at one time.

Q: Why doesn't my remote controller work?

A: 1. Check the batteries in the remote control for low power.
2. Verify battery polarity.
3. Verify that the green bus cable is securely connected to the graphics board and AV/Tuner Box.
4. Verify that the WinCinema Manager icon has shown on the taskbar of your Window's desktop.

Q: My 9-pin (or 4-in-1 breakout cable) cable is broken, how can I get the new one?

A: Please complete and submit a support form to Compro Technology Inc. We will contact you shortly to arrange for a replacement.
