No Reply after submitting support email

Q: Why no reply?

A: There are reasons for this issue.

In general, we will reply to you as soon as possible. However, office hours are Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM (GMT +8:00 Taipei time zone). Some problem may need more time to verify and find the solution. Usually, we will reply in 5 working days.

If you don't receive a reply after 5 working days, it's possible that you didn't include the correct email address on the support email. If so, we have no way to reach you. We do receive emails without email address from time to time.

Some email servers block the email from mail.comprousa.com like sbcglobal.com etc. We will re-send the reply by personal hotmail account once only after receiving the undelivered notice. Please provide another valid email address (hotmail is good) for more communication.

We have hundreds of virus and spam emails everyday. Please write a meaningful subject in the support email. Don't let your email looks like
