How to use iDoctor to provide your network information

Step1: Please running iDoctor.exe

Step2: iDocto will scan all of you cameras in LAN, and please type correct username and password.

Step3: After scan all cameras, please press Submit button.

Step4: It will show you a warning message that you will save you network data into a file named “iDoctor.html”, please save it and send it for us.
